Win - 1 point
Lose - 0 points
Games that are tied after regulation will be decided by penalty kicks (sudden death). No games will end in a draw regardless of stage of the tournament.

Indirect Freekick
Kickoff, kick ins, goal kicks, & corner kicks are considered indirect free kicks. Goals cannot be scored directly from an indirect free kick.

Goalkeeper
The goalkeeper can handle the ball in any live game scenario as long as the ball is inside the penalty area. There is no restriction for passes to the goalkeeper.
The goalkeeper may distribute the ball with hands on goal kicks and free kicks inside the defending penalty area.
Goalkeepers CANNOT punt or drop kick the ball. The restart is an indirect free kick at the center circle.
Only the goalkeeper may take a goal kick or free kick from inside the defending penalty area. From the defending penalty area the ball cannot be distributed beyond the halfway line. This includes goalkeepers and field players.

Age Groups
To avoid any confusion, no heading is allowed for any age groups.
Miscellaneous
No Offsides.
No Jewelry.
Shin Guards are mandatory.
Kick ins replace Throw Ins.
Substitutions are on the fly as long as they do not interfere with the run of play.
Goals can only be scored in the attacking half of the field.
Jersey # is not mandatory.
Power Play
Players who receive a yellow card must sit out for two minutes. The power play is finished if a goal is scored by either team.
In the event of inclement weather or any abnormal delays the tournament director reserves the right to shorten game times and advancement to the playoffs in order to complete the event.
The tournament director reserves the right to issue a 0-3 forfeit to teams that are late for a game.
The tournament director has the final say on all matters.
